Titled “Elephants Wear Ivory”, the book will be a hardcover with 50 images of Elephants taken by the duo alongside behind the scenes clips of one of an Elephant photo shoot in Amboseli National Park. It will also have a one hour documentary on Elephant Poaching, produced by Visual Africa Films called “THE LAST IN LINE.”
This video technology is called Augmented Reality (AR), and arguably amongst the first wildlife books globally to have used this technology, and definitely the first in Kenya. One will be able to scan the images with his/her smartphone or tablet and play the video on their devices.
