Founded in 2012 by Mast The Magazine in the South West of England, the MTM Awards were established to recognise and celebrate outstanding achievements in business, culture, and community leadership within diverse ethnic communities. Proudly among the first awards of their kind in the UK, MTM Awards carry deep cultural and social significance for the communities they serve.
Since 2014, the prestigious Glittering Gala Award Evening has been hosted annually in November–December at the Bristol Marriott Hotel (now Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre). Winners are presented with the iconic, custom-made, hand-crafted Bristol Blue Flame Award—a powerful symbol of excellence, resilience, and lasting impact.
