MTM National Award For Excellence
1. Irene Joel Mabiba - a UK-based Founder and Chairperson of Lupus Tanzania (Lupus TZ), I turned my personal journey with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) into a powerful platform for advocacy. Through Lupus TZ, I have helped raise awareness, support patients, and advance recognition of autoimmune diseases in Tanzania.
MTM National Positive Role Model Award
1. Jacquelene Cantr is a remarkable positive role model, overcoming the challenges of visible disability while inspiring others for over 20 years. Through Walking Contradiction, ARAS volunteering, gambling-harm awareness, and workplace inclusion, she demonstrates determination, leadership, and community commitment.
2. Rachel Carby - Rachel is a trained counsellor and an unsung hero from Bath, using her caring nature and professional skills to support others. Her recognition would shine a light on talent from an often-overlooked region and celebrate her community contribution.
MTM Environmental Excellence Award
1. Sana Mare Organisation Tanzania - The organisation's most significant achievements include implementing monthly cleanups for three consecutive years, which have contributed to behavior change and heightened awareness about environmental pollution and proper waste management.
2. Kisumu Environmental Champions - A dedicated community of environmental champions committed to protecting nature, restoring ecosystems and inspiring action through conservation initiatives, while championing the urgent need to safeguard Lake Victoria for future generations. #LetLakeVictoriaBreatheAgain

1. Salima Noor Hussein - Nairobi, Kenya - Salima's most significant achievement is founding Dream Team CBO and scaling it from a personal conviction into a functioning organization that has already changed the trajectory for over 50 sponsored students and reached 100+ families through direct food assistance. What I'm proud of is not just the numbers, but the integrity of the work:
